Harry Johnson, Executive Director

Harry brings over four decades of experience in the hotel industry with a focus in Asset Management, Financial Management and Development. His strength in Contract Management – Financial and Legal, combined with an extensive regional network of Hospitality Resources and Brand Operators is unique. He has been intimately involved for owners in structuring, financing and opening luxury hotels and mixed-use projects in Asia, America and the Middle East. With over twenty years experience in all hotel market segments with a solid background in JV structuring and co-development agreements, hotel sale transactions, development and redevelopment of iconic properties, operator selection, management agreement negotiation and litigation, strategic planning and risk management.

Krishnamurthy Sundaresan, Associate Partner

Krishna is a highly accomplished, results driven financial management executive with three decades of Finance experience in Middle East, Singapore, Japan, Australia and India. He has a track record of success in Fortune 500 companies, public listed and privately held companies such as the Group COO of Dubai Investments PJSC & Group CFO of Deyaar PJSC, Group CFO of Action Hotels PLC and public listed Hospitality Group, Abu Dhabi Capital Group, a multibillion USD Private Equity Firm and also Fortune 500 entities such as IKEA Group. Krishna is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a graduate in Commerce with professional certifications in Strategy and Value Creation from LBS, SAP (FICO) from Sapient College Singapore, Oracle 11i, Great Plains & more.

Fraser Hickox, the founder of The conceptual group™, has worked in the hospitality industry for more than 30 years. He entered the industry in 1985, when he established The Peninsula Hotel Group Research and Technology Centre dedicated to developing technologies appropriate for The Peninsula Hotel Group worldwide. For more than 20 years with The Peninsula Group, he drove a number of hotel technology projects while developing the in-room and hotel technology, the most recent one being The Peninsula Tokyo. Fraser has been recognized with the following awards: University Medal, Personalite de l’Anne – Internationale Hotellerie and has been inducted into the Hospitality Hall of Fame HFTP 2008.

For more than 20 years with The Peninsula Group, he drove a number of hotel technology projects while developing the in-room and hotel technology, the most recent one being The Peninsula Tokyo. With over 20 years of hands on experience, Fredrik has worked for sovereign backed asset owners, blue chip development companies, international hotel operators and independent hotels, giving him a global understanding of all angles of the real estate lifecycle, with a focus on hospitality. Fredrick was board member for Fairmont Raffles Hotels (FRHI), is an experienced board and committee member following international appointments for operating and property companies. He holds an MBA with Instituto De Empresa, a degree from Swiss School of Hotel and Tourism Management, as well as Certificates in hotel investment, asset management and revenue management from Cornell University in the US and is a certified RICS surveyor. He is fluent in English, Spanish, German and Swedish languages.

Angelos is a senior hotel asset management and development professional. With over 20 years experience in the hotel industry, Angelos specializes in asset management, hotel development and contract negotiations. Angelos past role as Director of Assets with Omran in Muscat, Oman saw him responsible for the smooth handover, timely pre-opening and profitable ongoing asset management of two 300 room hotels and the 30,000 sq.m. Oman Convention and Exhibition Center. Angelos previous entrepreneurial and investment banking experience in Greece and Romania honed his business acumen and financial analysis and modelling skills.

Kitty Sinaga, Financial Analyst

Kitty graduated with Honours with a degree in Economics from Duke University and with distinction from the MBA program at Oxford University. She is well-versed in financial modelling and has extensive experience working with hedge funds and start-up departments and entities. This combination of background has trained her to not only be numerically savvy but also understand how financial analysis impacts operations and how to optimize its use. In Dubai, she led a significant boutique hospitality consultancy, where she handled business development and business diversification. Ryan understands clearly how client relationships drive a business and his open and transparent workstyle creates and retains customer satisfaction.
